With over 21 years of experience as a partner in workers’ compensation defense, Attorney Gechijian has an intimate knowledge of the processes, procedures, and defense strategies employers and insurance companies use to minimize their liability. He served as the Director of the Workers’ Compensation Department at his former firm.

Ara is a member of the Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association, FJA, PBCJA and a certified coach with NAYS – National Alliance for Youth Sports.

For 21 years, Attorney Gechijian served as the equity shareholder and partner at his previous firm. During these years of practicing workers’ compensation and work injury law, he consistently provided support for companies defending against workers’ compensation claims
from employees. This experience uniquely allows him to precisely navigate workers’ compensation claims with confidence, protecting the injured worker.
